Holiday-themed wallpapers are not what I usually create but this year I couldn't resist. Ever since I was little and able to understand English I have loved The Grinch, oh and The Sound of Music. Can't have Christmas without Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer or The Grinch. Not Jim Carrey's grinch but The Grinch, capital T and capital G.  So I created a very special wallpaper for myself with  this Grinch wallpaper and decided that I can't be the only one to like him so I'm sharing.

Merry Christmas, happy holidays....or whatever we are supposed to be calling this time of the year now.

February 2011 Desktop Wallpaper Calendar

You are spoiled this month with two wallpapers. The first one is an orange-y wallpaper, it will keep you warm during the month, the second one is a funky wallpaper. It took me the entire morning to get it so I was satisfied. The font in the last one is Lemon Chicken. Both are 1920 X 1200.

This is a nice flowery wallpaper. I'm not sure what the flowers are called but the font is Tintin after my favorite childhood comic. Size is 1920 x 1200.

December 2010 Desktop Wallpaper Calendar

This is a serene wallpaper for those of you who need peace among the holiday chaos. The original photograph came from my favorite stock photo site stock.xchng. I used an elvish looking font called Gaeilge 1 as the setting reminded me of something out of Lord of the Rings. The wallpaper size is 1920 x 1200.

November 2010 Desktop Wallpaper Calendar

Two wallpapers to satisfy different tastes. The first wallpaper was created by using a combination of fonts. Code light, Code bold and Nymphette for the swirl. The second wallpaper is a tilt-shift of my creation, the photo was taken from the top of St. Joseph's Oratory in Montréal. The size of both wallpapers are 1920 X 1200.
